Mashed Potato Salad



  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 sprig curry leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • cilantro, handful
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream



  1. Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker for about 3 whistles.
  2. Peel the skin, and transfer the potatoes to a medium bowl.
  3. Mash the potatoes almost to a smooth.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed potatoes, and mix well.
